Hey everybody! Im Petey and Im looking for my forever home. I spent 3 months in a shelter before my foster mom & dad got me. They tell everyone Im the smartest dog theyve ever met. If they tell me to get in my bed, sit or get in my crate, I do exactly as they say right away. I walk GREAT on a leash. I love to sun myself. And I adore affection.

My foster mom & dad think I would make the perfect buddy in a single pet home. Also, they think I would be a star at agility competitions because Im fast, food motivated, easy to train and eager to please.
I turn 7 on February 1st. Right now I only weigh 16.5 pounds. I lost a lot of weight when I was a stray and in the shelter. But good news! Im heartworm negative and up-to-date on all my vaccines.
